The CD contains a suite of tools (mostly Word docs) that are templates to use for the following areas of project start up, management, and finally closure. The areas covered are;

- Risk assessment
- A project controls database
- Change request form
- Post project review
During our recent bid writing event (where you can find some excellent tips), comments were made from the presenters regarding the lack of basic project management skills in some bids – inevitably resulting in their failure.
