I've had a go with Adobe connect, and it's a quality bit of software. It was number 2 in my list of webcasting tools, close behind DimDim. But that was only due to the relative cost. All you need to run it is the Flash plug-in for your browser.

Adobe Connect is indeed free for up to 3 participants , any more you need Pro - I've been told. The same deal Elluminate offer.
